Literally the worst supplement I have ever attempted to use. It functioned almost exactly like melatonin. I was passing out within 30 minutes of using this, every time, and quit after almost a week because of fear of passing out while driving.

After reading the bottle and it says take two capsules at a time, I felt like I was going to throw up all day. I told myself that going forward I will only take one at a time but I haven't been very eager to try it again since.

I could feel the affects pretty quick, within a couple of days, but, noticed I have some stomach issues the more I use it. Need to see how to balance it out with diet.

I found it to come on smoothly. No crazy effects but I definitely felt focused and zoned in on what I was doing. Helped a lot during long days at work.
