The alpha brain did not sit well with me. While I was on it, it caused me to feel a bit more sad and emotional. I do take other supplements for brain improvement, and this one did not sit well with me.

Im sure everyone is different but i feel nothing from this product. Ive been consistently taking alpha brain for a month and havent felt anything different. Just one guys experience maybe it does something for other people.

I’m not 100% positive but I think I was sent an expired bottle. It says 11/22 on the bottom of the bottle but it isn’t EXP. It’s 3 other letters I’m not sure what it means. So I haven’t tried the product yet.
