If you've got serious attention and memory issues, this isn't going to help you much. I can see the benefits for the average person though. Not a terrible product, just don't get sucked into the hype.

I tried it for two weeks and felt nothing at all. I took 2 pills a day for a week and then 3 a day for a week. Only thing I noticed is I Cold not sleep the whole time I took them. They did not work for me.

Did not realize there were only 15 days worth of alpha brain per bottle. Have noticed a slight decrease in brain fog but dont feel the energy boost that Joe states people get maybe it will take a bit longer since I am older
