Took these as suggested, didn't notice much if any difference with my focus at work. Perhaps the benefit would've been more apparent if I were still trying to study for school. No after taste was a definite plus.

So far I seem to have more energy. The only reason that I gave the 4* and not a 5* is bc I’m only a little over a week in to this. Definitely working more than I thought it would .

I have 2 days left of the sample and I noticed a huge difference within 2 to 3 days. I wish I could afford to keep the subscription but maybe in the future.

Great product and great results! I’ve used alpha brain for a while now, there is a noticeable difference. I can tell on days I miss it because I’m lagging, this stuff is amazing- try it and you won’t be disappointed!

Unfortunately this product caused extreme nausea and diarrhea. Also, a few hours later I crashed and was extremely tired. I would say I felt more focused when I wasn't feeling so sick.

Day 1: Very high concentration, slightly higher memory Day 2: Effect dropped by half Day 3: Effect dropped by half again Day 4: No effect whatsoever anymore Definitely would have rated it 4 stars if the effect from day 1 continued indefinitely.

Thought I would try it out. Definitely feel a increase in energy and focus—- also helps with less caffeine intake/ does not pair well will multiple cups of coffee
