It seems like it can help a fair bit, but is really expensive. I didn’t see good enough results in the three weeks to recommend it. There are other and cheaper ways of keeping your mind healthy such as diet and exercise.

I never really felt a difference at all. I tried using it 10 days straight then days off and experienced no change from what I could tell. Going to try the black label for the extra stim to see if this is actually worth it.
