I was expecting disappointment and to return it but I was blown away. I worked perfectly and never lagged once. I have a 1000mbps plan. If you do too or better and want this it’s absolutely worth the money.

I was skeptical to say the least about getting a Playstation Portal, but its incredible! i can play while my daughter watches her shows, or when im 40 minutes away at work on my lunch break! The connection is almost always great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PS Portal is a great accessory for the PS5. There are times I'm not able to use my TV to play, but with the Portal, I don't need to worry. Easy to use and everything looks great.

Really need to be on 5ghz WiFi 6 or better to make the most of this system. Upgraded to WiFi 7 and it works pretty good most of the time. Since it has to go through Sony servers before its linked slowness is on the Sony side when it happens..
