Some berberine hurts/irritates my digestive system, but this does not. It is gentle. Not sure if it is effective— will take a few more months of taking it. But seems like a high quality product.

I’ve been trying this SuperBerine for a little while now, and honestly, I’m not sure if it’s made much of a difference yet. I haven’t noticed any big changes, but I’m going to keep using it to see if results take more time to show.
