Rather than increase my dose of Metformin, my Dr told me take OTC berbering to augment the metformin. I had previously tried some other brands because they were on the self. The other brand required taking 2 capsules per day. so maybe one in the morning, one in the evening. The SuperHumann brand requires just one per day. One in the morning and done for the day. Other meds require take w food, which sucks b/c sometime I wan to fast to lose weight. This berberine does not require taking w food AFAIK.

Help me control blood sugar. I did took 2 pills intead of 1. One in the morning and 1 at night. A healthy diet, some excersice, meds and this supplement helped me in just a few months. My A1C dropped from 13.1 to 7.6 and now is 6.6.

Best Berberine on the market. now hopefully Sam's Club will keep it in stock. Hasn't been in stock for awhile now!!!!!

Product seemed decent, but some of the capsules were broken inside the bottle which left for a mess and less product than should've been in there

The first 2 bottles of this product worked. Blood sugar and A1C best it had ever been. Things changed on this recent bottle. The day I started the new bottle blood sugar started an upward climb. Before with this product, morning blood sugar readings would be in the 120's. Now, with this new bottle, morning readings have elevated to the high 140's. Have switched BRANDS to see if it the readings come down...Apparently quality could be the answer to this question of higher numbers. Will update this review in 7 days after taking the new BRAND. Both brands have the same dosage instructions

Haven’t noticed any difference

I've been taking g this for over 2 months, not sure I notice a difference. I've been taking my super beets powder daily along with my greens 🤷🏽‍♀️ I'll continue to take and see what my next lab work says

Disappointed upon receiving the berberine i realzed there is maldodextrin init .Seriously why would this be in it?had i known this would not have purchased it.complete waste of my money.Very Disappointed.
