I have been taking this over a month & don't feel or see a difference. I couldn't recommend this by product in good conscience.

I took the one bottle, one capsule a day. I’m not convinced it’s all that great. I read you need 1000gm a day to be effective. I found another brand that is about the same price for 60 capsules. They claim super absorbing power etc too. Who do I believe?

Don't know what I am supposed to be experiencing from taking this product. I haven't been to my doctor since 2019 so I have no idea what my chloesterol was before starting this. That being said, I haven't had any negative side effects since I take it with food in the mornings.

I’ve been using SuperBerine for several months now and look forward to my next appointment for lab tests to see how it’s going. I started using it at a time I wasn’t being very good with my diet and was constantly getting daily glucose readings 30-60+ points above my top goal of 160 points. The day I first took a SuperBerine my next reading was well within the 80-160 range. I’ll be taking this supplement for a long time to come.

Not what I really expected it would do for me. I suppose someone else it would work better for. I have this problem with different supplements from different companies. Not to say that this product isn't good, just not as good as I had hoped for myself.

This is the best Berberine I have used!! Helps regulate my glucose!! Cannot be without it!!

It helped my digestion of whole grains. Overall I di recommend this product.

I'm on my 2nd bottle, but, HOW do I KNOW this is working?? Am I supposed to feel something?? What's the proof it's working? I like the other items because I can "feel" something, but I'm not sure about this product.
