So I was very pleased when I came across these and knew she would love them. Sure enough, her child gobbled it up like candy and fell asleep not too long after. I tried one myself and fell asleep in less than 30 minutes. It was sweet and tasted great! The gumminess wasn't too tough or chewy or felt like it stuck to my teeth. It was just fine.

I did not see any difference in there sleeping habits at night. They would each still wake several times a night. I also saw no change in their behavior the next day indicating a more restful sleep.

My daughter usually has a rough time falling asleep at night and its hard to get her to take medicines to help. When i got these gummies in the mail, we tried them that same night. I didn't have any problem getting her to take them because they were gummies and tasted good. She was asleep within the hour and slept through the whole night. She woke up rested and ready to go instead of waking up groggy. I even tried one myself and it helped me sleep as well. I would definitely buy these and recommend them to any parents that have picky children that dont sleep great. They work wonders!
