[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic Range! Once you get use to the new controls for the cooktop you are good to go. The new textured cooktop is a major plus. The oven is top notch. I only use convection and air fry, and it does a great job. This range was replacing and older induction range by another manufacture and I must admit this range is a much better built and solid unit. Not tin and flimsy. I do like the upfront controls for the cooktop, but they do take some getting used to. Especially if you were always reaching to the back. So, give it a chance. I know some people are complaining the clock does not stay on, but it is facing up and not forward so you can't see it when not using the range anyway. This unit also has SmartThings!!!! My whole kitchen and laundry are all Smart Things now and sure is nice to have things communicate to let you know when finished or needs a cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The NSI6DG9500MTAA Samsung Bespoke is a beautiful oven. Has so many features and cooking options, we really like the air fry it works great! We don't use our counter-top air fryer anymore so this helps save space. You can also set timmers that auto shut down the stove. All our pans were able to be used on the stove top and the pans heat up quick with this stove . The NSI6DG9500MTAA Samsung Bespoke was able to bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in under 5 min a real time saver! Now about the app for this its called smart-things by Samsung and you can see all that is going on and make changes to the stove on the app. You can also get notification as to the door being left open or oven is up to temp, food is done ect. The app is a big help. We absolutely love this oven so far and would defiantly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Smart, slide-in Bespoke electric range! I purchased the stainless steel, fingerprint-resistant version. (I needed to replace my ten-year old range that was cooking unevenly.😑) It’s been in my home for ~ six weeks. The range is smart & fun to use.There is a learning curve, but I find discovering new features is fun. The range is an attractive upgrade. The burners heat quickly & food cooks uniformly in the oven. The SmartThings app is fun, too, but s/what of a novelty. From your phone, the app allows the user to set range temp. & cooking times as well as control modes like convection bake, broil, & air sous vide. The few negatives are that when I’m wiping off the stove top, I sometimes accidentally turn on either the range or stovetop. Also, the timer isn’t the easiest to set. I also purchased the 9” stainless steel splash guard (backguard) & the Samsung Slim Over-the-Range Bespoke microwave with hood vent. The microwave is sleek & efficient. I highly recommend this range.

I feel elevated to a new level of cooking. I appreciate the looks right out the box. Cooking has never been so advanced. I feel I have stepped into the future cooking and design. Every feature is a plus in cooking. The Smart Things app is wonderful and easy to use and connect to. I love this app because it is convenient and simple straightforward usage. The Samsung Bespoke Range is well built solid I feel that this range will last many years and with its looks you will want it too. This range comes with Chef quality features . I am so thrilled with the air fry I have had many small appliance air fryers and I swear nothing comes out right and it takes for ever to cook but not with the Samsung Bespoke Range oh no it is all grown up and it Fry's food fast and cooks better than any air fryer I have ever had. You can air fry a full bag of French fries at once. I love that it came with a pan for air frying. I am a beginner with sous vide but I am quickly loving this feature. I have made a steak this way and browned it in a pan on the cooktop. Melt in your mouth tender. I feel so like a Chef now. I can't wait to make a pizza will be ordering a pizza stone. The cooktop is fast to heat up . The inversion cooktop is easy to use and simple to clean. I love everything about this range. It is on a different level.

I received compensaation for this review but the review is my own. This is my first induction range, so the learning curve has been a little steeper for the digital control panel. I deducted 1/2 star because the options are not back-lit. I also don't like what it takes to turn on a timer, but experience may help that. My only other complaint is that the storage drawer is pretty light-weight, not to mention very shallow. This range is beautiful and it heats quickly - both the cooktop and the oven. I did try air-fry. Although the instructions say no pre-heating required, I found I really did need to - or add additional cook time. Love the size of the air fryer basket. The cooktop is very easy to clean, but I had experience with a glass top before, so using the ceramic cleaner is nothing new. I normally don't write reviews until I have used something for a longer period of time, but the requirements of submitting a request for the free cook set required one, so here it is. I hope I continue to love it!

I have been without a working range for some time and was waiting for something special. This range is spectacular! It is easy to us and has so many features - let's be honest don't we all need an oven with a mode for baking brownies? The matte black induction cooktop produced perfect scrambled eggs on the first try!

I got my stove a week and a half ago. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use the stove because there's a message to contact customer service, and I haven't had the chance to contact them yet with holiday madness. But it is gorgeous. Hopefully the issue is a simple one to fix. I will update my review as soon as I am able to use it.
