Clock display broke after one year, one stroke does not light up any more. 8 shows as 0, etc. Also, the vents toward the back are a serious design flaw. Food can easily fall through the gaps.

Came like brand new, everything works great and I LOVE the induction vs gas. So much cleaner. Only annoyance is you can't make the screen stay always on to show the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range is beautiful. It came very well packed and installed with no issues. Fun fact is that there isn’t any knobs or buttons, it just has a display features that displays what burners to use and what functions to use. The oven has an enamel finishing that makes it easier to clean. It cooks faster and has an outlet for air when cooking or baking . I love it and will definitely recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with this range and with Samsung overall. The range works very well and is super convenient. It takes less then a minute on boost to get water to boil. The air fryer isn't very strong and takes mich longer than instructions on food packages require, but I'm pleased with everything else pertaining to performance. As far as Samsung, there was a minor issue with the delivery company. Samsung took responsibility for the failure of the delivery company and rectified the situation though they didn't have to. The overall experience and product was positive enough for me to buy a unit for my parents as well.

Samsung Customer care very helpful and answered my questions on the operation of the range. They spent time walking me through every step.

Easy to learn & use (coming from an electric range). Love how easy it is to clean (no crevices or buttons to pull off too!) and it boils water quick and cooks food fast (it’s always the shorter side of the range given in the recipe). The only disadvantage is that the “beep” when it is done is hard to hear. I now set an alarm on my phone for when it’s done. (However I can see how this could be an advantage if you have napping little ones. ;)

It’s a true standout with its customizable design, advanced features, and top notch performance. I love its matte black finish. It perfectly matched my Bespoke refrigerator. The induction technology ensures quick and precise heat control while providing safety by the rest of the cooktop remaining cool to the touch. The spacious cooktop provides 5 cook areas provides ample room to cook multi food meals. It’s easy to clean and maintain. I can convection bake, normal bake, dehydrate, and even sous de vie cook all with this stove! Overall, this is a stand out appliance which combines style, functionality and innovation into one appliance. Very impressive, Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic Range! Once you get use to the new controls for the cooktop you are good to go. The new textured cooktop is a major plus. The oven is top notch. I only use convection and air fry, and it does a great job. This range was replacing and older induction range by another manufacture and I must admit this range is a much better built and solid unit. Not tin and flimsy. I do like the upfront controls for the cooktop, but they do take some getting used to. Especially if you were always reaching to the back. So, give it a chance. I know some people are complaining the clock does not stay on, but it is facing up and not forward so you can't see it when not using the range anyway. This unit also has SmartThings!!!! My whole kitchen and laundry are all Smart Things now and sure is nice to have things communicate to let you know when finished or needs a cleaning.

I RECEIVED COMPENSATION FOR THIS REVIEW BUT THE REVIEW IS MY OWN: review required to receive pots and pans available with purchase of certain Samsung induction ranges. The Bad: Induction hobs appear to be smaller in size than indicated by the range top markings. I did a boil test on the front two hobs and both suggest that the actual hob size is roughly 2 inches smaller than indicated. The Good: Range has incredible heat delivery that is very easy to dial in and control. I've been making home made soy milk for the past 2 years. Generally the pan scorches even when stirring constantly and the 20-25 minute boiling process requires active heat control to avoid boil over. With this Samsung range I: 1) set to power boil on the largest hob and bring to almost a boil over in roughly 5 minutes, maybe less (this is for a little over a half gallon of liquid) 2) quickly cut power to drop the froth 3) hit 5 to bring it back up again 4) stir every 2-3 minutes I am able to accurately dial in the exact level of power needed to keep the liquid boiling without scorching or boiling over to the point that I can walk away for a few minutes and not worry. Extremely easy to calibrate oven. After receiving the range I set the oven to 450 and used a grill thermometer to monitor the temperature for 1 hour. As all ovens do, the temperature swung roughly 20 degrees up and down from the set temp as the oven cycled on and off. I did an average of the temperature cycles and then lowered then adjusted the via the settings menu to be 10 degrees lower. I have never calibrated an oven in my life or even thought that was a possibility until this.
