Beyond Our Wildest Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is technologically more than anything we have ever had. The internet features are very helpful. I can preheat the oven while at the grocery store. The oven's preheat is very precise and reliable. The Air Fry in the oven creates great consistency across the cooking product. The stove top is incredibly durable. When we have guests, we illuminate the handlebar LED. We love this stove because it has all of the convenience of a gas range, but it is far quicker and more reliable.

Amazing appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is my first experience with inductive cooking. I have always wanted a gas stove, but we lived where. Gas hook up was not available. I have use all the different types of electric ranges I thought the glass top was the answer to having an easy to clean stove. Wrong. I was always boiling over pans. Then having to clean up the mess. No more! The ceramic top is so easy to clean! If you spill , turn off the burner wipe it up and return to cooking. The top does not cook food that spills out. And is cool enough to clean as soon as it is turned off. It heats a pan fast, and temperature changes are immediate like cooking with gas! I only had to replace 1 pan. If a magnet sticks to the bottom of your pan you can use it with this stove. I can’t say enough how much I love this stove. I cook a lot, i can use my water bath canner on it. Now the oven! I love the bread proofing setting! It is convection so it can be used as an air fryer and comes with a basket. It heats up fast. And temp is accurate. I have a pizza steel. That I put on the lower shelf and turn oven up to its highest setting, I have pizza just like it was cooked in a pizza oven. I love the blue tooth connection. I can turn oven on and off and adjust the temp from the other side of the house using Alexa or my cell phone ap! I was afraid of the technology, afraid I would not be able to use my iron pan or would need to replace all my pots . All have been proven to be false fears! I will never go back. If I ever have to move, this stove moves with me!

Definitely Induction over Regular Electric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was hesitant at first to buy induction! So glad we did! Cooktop cooks much quicker. Matt finish, scratch resistant cooktop is fabulous! We purchased the model with the ambient lighting feature! Another plus. Got the promo for a free set of pots, another plus! Love the clean lines-NO KNOBS!! My only negative is that it is much easier to set the timer (for cooking) via. the Smart Things App on your phone rather than the touch control panel on the stove itself. The Smart Things app offers a lot of helpful options when using the oven as well as the cooktop itself! Love the ambient lighting feature!

Love our new stove!

We switched from natural gas to induction and are extremely impressed at how responsive the induction stove top is. We're also impressed how things like preheated messages go to our phone and TV letting us know when its ready to bake. Fantastic!

Great stove

Overall, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bespoke Induction Range! The pan heats up in no time and the residual heat on the range is minimal, so I don't have to worry about my granddaughter touching the range. I tend to use the oven broil feature most often, but I love how there are so many specialty modes (pizza/naan, air fry, broil, bake, convection Bake, convection roast, convection vegetables, air sous vide, bread proof, dehydrate, turkey, brownie, keep warm) and I can choose the order they appear. The lighting options on the range are beautiful! You can pick the type of white that works best for you. To be honest, took me a minute to figure out how to use it. Would be extremely helpful to have some sort of instructions included. The only down sides I have found is that the oven glass got dirty between the panes on the very first use and I can't get it clean without completely tearing it apart. The second one is just personal preference. There is not an open handle where I can put a dish towel. Again, personal preference, but if you're like me and always want that dish towel immediately at hand, it's a learning curve.

Concerns about Frank is not working

Nope

Had for 1 year now. I wanted to like this oven. 2 stars because nothing is broken yet. I hate everything else about it. Oven temp is inaccurate, verified by oven thermometer. Touch “screen”? buttons are awful. Timer is too quiet. Induction range is not faster than gas like people claim. You can’t use the smart app to start preheating the oven, which I get for safety but that’s literally the only reason I would want the app. Gordon Ramsey would not go near this thing.

Poor product quality

I got this stove, my wife was very happy to have it, but after almost six months, the countertops where the cooking is done started to peeling paint I called customer service and they told me they didn't cover that problem. I'm disappointed; all my devices at home are Samsung, and I think it's very poor how they try to keep customers satisfied. (I'm not happy with this problem that they didn't solved)
