Had for 1 year now. I wanted to like this oven. 2 stars because nothing is broken yet. I hate everything else about it. Oven temp is inaccurate, verified by oven thermometer. Touch “screen”? buttons are awful. Timer is too quiet. Induction range is not faster than gas like people claim. You can’t use the smart app to start preheating the oven, which I get for safety but that’s literally the only reason I would want the app. Gordon Ramsey would not go near this thing.

Beyond Our Wildest Expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is technologically more than anything we have ever had. The internet features are very helpful. I can preheat the oven while at the grocery store. The oven's preheat is very precise and reliable. The Air Fry in the oven creates great consistency across the cooking product. The stove top is incredibly durable. When we have guests, we illuminate the handlebar LED. We love this stove because it has all of the convenience of a gas range, but it is far quicker and more reliable.
No more electric range for me
This induction range has been a game changer for me. I detested electric stovetop cooking and could never get the hang of it. Since day one the Samsung has made my cooking skills 100% better. The speed of preheating is wonderful. Even tortellini soup was a breeze with the simmer function. Love it.
Fantastic Features

Everything cooks perfectly. I particularly love the technology, I can control my range on Alexa! Would highly recommend it!
Love our new stove!

We switched from natural gas to induction and are extremely impressed at how responsive the induction stove top is. We're also impressed how things like preheated messages go to our phone and TV letting us know when its ready to bake. Fantastic!
Cast iron lovers beware
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very disappointed in the induction tech. I use cast iron for my non stick and all clad d3 pans for my stovetop cooking. The induction hob element is sized too small for the advertised circle which never evenly heats the pan and the calibration of the 1-9 settings does not leave enough pace on the low end. Setting 2 left long enough using cast iron burns off the seasoning because it tops out a 450° and setting one sits at about 160°. It's a nightmare to manage. Rice is crunchy unless you sit there and occilate between 1 and 2. Pancakes require conveyor belting your pan. There's no walk away and let it cook. The cast iron seasoning burns off if left on 2 too long Half steps or heat calibration setting is desperately needed. The convection oven has been great. Standard bake bakes unevenly, but the convection oven and settings are on point.Very happy with that. The lighting was a disappointment, I'd like a default timer on the oven light, and the fact you can't control the fancy lights with the Samsung app using their rules. I even have the Samsung hub that it could connect to locally. The stovetop surface shows oil and is difficult to get pristine again. The digital buttons show fingerprints. This also desperately needs the trim kit included. The flat surface just invites crumbs to fall down the crack between range and countertop. Overall I wouldn't buy this again as I really enjoy cast iron and precision stove top cooking.

Definitely Induction over Regular Electric
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was hesitant at first to buy induction! So glad we did! Cooktop cooks much quicker. Matt finish, scratch resistant cooktop is fabulous! We purchased the model with the ambient lighting feature! Another plus. Got the promo for a free set of pots, another plus! Love the clean lines-NO KNOBS!! My only negative is that it is much easier to set the timer (for cooking) via. the Smart Things App on your phone rather than the touch control panel on the stove itself. The Smart Things app offers a lot of helpful options when using the oven as well as the cooktop itself! Love the ambient lighting feature!
Reduced stovetop cooking times
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quickly food cooks on the stove top. Water boils in half the time of a regular electric range. I am very pleased with the smooth top. It looks modern. The technology had a little bit of a learning curve but after about a week, I was using it easily.
Great appliance...Support Sucks!
You will love the appliance. But Samsung Support needs a jolt. I have been trying for one year to get the offered promo but keep getting the best run-around from so many people that I think they are trained to be Support Busters rather that Support givers. And nobody will provide the name or contact info for a Supervisory person.

Poor product quality
I got this stove, my wife was very happy to have it, but after almost six months, the countertops where the cooking is done started to peeling paint I called customer service and they told me they didn't cover that problem. I'm disappointed; all my devices at home are Samsung, and I think it's very poor how they try to keep customers satisfied. (I'm not happy with this problem that they didn't solved)
