Poor product quality

I got this stove, my wife was very happy to have it, but after almost six months, the countertops where the cooking is done started to peeling paint I called customer service and they told me they didn't cover that problem. I'm disappointed; all my devices at home are Samsung, and I think it's very poor how they try to keep customers satisfied. (I'm not happy with this problem that they didn't solved)

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my range for a couple months so I can’t review on longevity issues however the range features and easy operation of the range are excellent. The surface is scratch resistant and is much easier to clean rather than a glass top electric. Burners heat and cool quickly. It is a sight learning curve to change from electric ranges but once mastered it is easy to use. The oven features are also easy to use and clean. Another nice feature is the ambient lighting.

Mostly Really Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice range and it does most things very well. It heats up the pans quickly and offers a lot of control of temperature for precision cooking. The boost feature for the cooktop elements are stellar, making bringing a big pot of water to a boil happen really quickly. I'm definitely sold on induction cooking. The not so good: Selecting the heat level for each burner is a scale from 1 to 9. For some reason, it takes several presses to select "4", a setting I use frequently. It seems like it has a very narrow spot on the touch strip. The oven is less than stellar for all of its included features. Air frying takes 2-3 times longer than a countertop model and still doesn't brown as nicely. Baking, including convection, doesn't seem to result in much improvement over my old 1990's electric unit. It seems that 2 different departments or crews designed the controls for each of the touch screens for the oven and range top as both work differently. When I wipe the glass the oven screen powers up as it is instant on, while the range power stays off because there is a delay. Selecting oven temperature is cumbersome as it takes several swipes across the screen to make a selection. Minor, but my kitchen isn't a bright space and the fine lines on the cooktop outlining pan placement are hard to see. I wish they were more defined/outlined. The storage drawer at the bottom of the range feels light and cheaply made and it takes some effort to slide it open and closed. It has a very small capacity as well. Summary. Great cooktop. Average oven. Needs more thoughtful markings and controls.

LOVE IT

We've had our inducton oven for 6mos now. I can truly say this is game changer. The induction feature is amazing. Boils water in less than 2 minutes. And if your boil gets out of control, turning the "temperature" down, IMMEDIATELY brings down the boil. The oven is the same cooks food evenly and fast. The air frier is a great feature too. So far so good. We love this oven and it looks great too.

Great Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is great! So many features, it takes a bit to learn them all, but it replaces so many appliances! We really love the induction top, that cools almost instantly To the touch once turned off, super easy to clean. My son works nights, so he preheats the oven with his phone on his way home so he can start cooking immediately! It also sends a message to your phone when it’s done preheating or cooking!

Induction Cooking is Fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will never switch back to a standard electric range. The induction really lived up to everything I read about it. The cooktop could have 2 large pot spots but I haven't needed it just yet so it's not that bad.

Cast iron lovers beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very disappointed in the induction tech. I use cast iron for my non stick and all clad d3 pans for my stovetop cooking. The induction hob element is sized too small for the advertised circle which never evenly heats the pan and the calibration of the 1-9 settings does not leave enough pace on the low end. Setting 2 left long enough using cast iron burns off the seasoning because it tops out a 450° and setting one sits at about 160°. It's a nightmare to manage. Rice is crunchy unless you sit there and occilate between 1 and 2. Pancakes require conveyor belting your pan. There's no walk away and let it cook. The cast iron seasoning burns off if left on 2 too long Half steps or heat calibration setting is desperately needed. The convection oven has been great. Standard bake bakes unevenly, but the convection oven and settings are on point.Very happy with that. The lighting was a disappointment, I'd like a default timer on the oven light, and the fact you can't control the fancy lights with the Samsung app using their rules. I even have the Samsung hub that it could connect to locally. The stovetop surface shows oil and is difficult to get pristine again. The digital buttons show fingerprints. This also desperately needs the trim kit included. The flat surface just invites crumbs to fall down the crack between range and countertop. Overall I wouldn't buy this again as I really enjoy cast iron and precision stove top cooking.

Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great oven cooktop in particular is brilliant. Best electric cooker I've had almost up there with gas. Only issue I have is the touch controls occasionally get messed with when it gets messy or something is put on or near them and it's not obvious because of the glass surface. It's is beautiful and looks great though. More than enough space and utility for my family of 3.

Great Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG - what can I say about this range, other than it checks all the boxes and then some compared to my previous glass top range. Want a large pot of water to boil? I can have over a gallon of water to a rolling boil in less than 2 minutes. The top of the range still looks brand new. Clean up is a breeze, and no scratches. I love the lighting that this range has. You ca always tell with a quick glimpse if the stovetop or oven is on. The fact that it connects to my smart home is a BIG plus. We get notifications when the range is on.
