We've had this new stove for about a month, and boy do we love it!! It's taken some time to get used to how hot it gets so quickly on the range, and how quick it responds to turning the temperature down. We have used the new Circulon pots and pans too and they take some getting used to as well. We have started to get the hang of the controls, they're not as intuitive as the old knobs, but we're getting there! We have noticed that the burners are a little shiny after using them this month, so we'll be looking for a way to restore them to their original finish. We are having trouble finding a griddle to span both burners and sit flat on the cooktop but will keep looking. We can't believe how fast it boils water, and how low you can keep the burners to really cook quickly and well. Love it! The oven takes about as long as our old electric oven to heat up. The crisp it delivers on pizza and veggies is SO wonderful! We are super impressed with how well it bakes and also with the convection oven options. We are so pleased with this purchase.

The NSI6DG9500MTAA not only looks great in my kitchen but the functions it has are outstanding. I’ve had a couple different gatherings at my house since receiving it and it has made cooking a breeze. I really like the Boost function when boiling water on the stovetop. The SmartThings app is wonderful. After pushing a button on the range you can adjust cooking time and temperature of the oven from the app. It will also let you know if any of the burners are on. You can also adjust the ambient lighting with the app. Change the color and also adjust for it to be on all the time or only when it’s being used. The convection vegetable setting is unique and I’ve used the bread-proofing setting as well as air fry. The range top is matte and has been easier to clean than my previous glass top. It’s also what catches people’s eye too. The induction cooktop works really well. The range will beep to let you know if you are trying to use a pan that is not compatible. The burner will also turn off if you lift the pan up for too long. It did take some time to learn how to operate the range with no knobs. The push buttons are easy to use, I have some arthritis in my hands that makes turning hard so the pushing of a button makes things easier for me. I would have liked the adjustable feet to have had slightly longer screws. My previous range was a Samsung and fit perfectly between my counters. This one was a bit harder to adjust. Width wise was perfect. Also, the placement of the power cord and where my outlet was located didn’t allow a nice snug fit against the wall. I will need to have an electrician out to move my outlet. Overall, very happy with the Samsung range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range can do just about anything. At first I have to admit I was almost intimidated by it. It's very different than my previous one. It's very futuristic looking at first glance. However, now I think it's the most amazing range I have ever cooked had. There are so many bells and whistles to this that I am still learning about. The capabilities are numerous and include edge lighting, scratch-resistant black matte glass, air fry, convection, sous vida, the dual burner, wifi and smart things compatible. I'm sure there's more I haven't discovered yet. I do need to mention two important things about this range. First, if you are used to putting foil in the bottom to catch spills in the oven, don't. It's not good for the oven and highly not recommended by Samsung. Secondly, cookware that is compatible with an induction range need to have some iron content in the bottom of the pan. That means if you put a magnet on the bottom of the pan and it sticks, it's compatible. If it doesn't, it isn't. Using the incorrect pan is not only bad for the range, but doesn't heat your food evenly and that's important with induction. Bottom line? It's a great range and the meals we've made so far have come out really fantastic. I'm glad we got this opportunity to try it. Now to look for more recipes to try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! The Samsung NSI6DG9500MTAA slide-in electric range is sleek. I think the top is spectacular. It is so much nicer than a glass top and it’s easier to clean. There is a learning curve with everything being touch screen but the induction top beats up so quickly. The BOOST button sure makes a difference as well. I have an array of cookware and the range says when a pot or pan is not compatible. The oven has so many cool settings like convection vegetable. Connecting the range to the SmartThings app is a breeze. Simply be on WiFi and scan the QR Code. I use the app to adjust temperature and cooking time quite often.

The cooktop is fantastic - it takes less than 4 minutes to boil a pot of water! I made dinner start to finish in 20 minutes the first night. My All-Clad pans work great on the induction elements and I love how safe it feels, not being very warm on the surface even after boiling pasta. Getting used to the oven settings will take some time, I haven't had a convection oven before and probably shouldn't have used that setting to bake cookies. Getting the alerts on my phone for when the oven has preheated or the cooking time has ended will be so helpful. Overall I'm very pleased with the aesthetics and the performance of this range and am really looking forward to using all the different features.
