Amazing replacement for an older gas range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 20 year old gas range with this thing and so far I am loving it. The oven works great, heats up very quickly! Our old range's oven was busted for awhile and I've been using a traeger grill on my porch when we need to cook anything and it's very nice to have an oven inside my home again! The induction beats the gas by a mile, I love how quickly it heats the pan, and how controllable the heat is!
Lights, Camera, Action.. Your Dream Stove Awaits!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was like at first sight and love at first cooking. Finally, a device that made me need to read a manual. When I did, a light bulb went off. I had to adjust my cooking because the induction process is amazing and cooks my food very quickly. This stove is very efficient and the oven baking and air frying features are amazing. I can now get rid of other air fryer devices. The smart things connection makes this even better. I can cut on the light to see my food without opening the oven, see a timer of when my food will be complete, and at night the ambiance of the light strip is quite amazing. Overall, I am very impressed with this samsung product and look forward to using it daily.
Don't Buy
You cannot edit your review so you have to write a new one. My previous review was a 3 star. Now it is 1. I have a range I have had for over 3 weeks now that I cannot use. First, there was an error code that said to contact customer service and it took a few hours to resolve. Samsung's customer service is awful. Instead of having a resolution online, I had to contact customer service via text and during that time, the delay in responses took a long time and 3 or 4 different agents responded. Repairing the code could have been a simple fix. The next delay is because the range wasn't installed properly, so I can't use it. I won't go into a bunch of details but my range is unsafe to use. Again, I had to contact customer service via text. That "conversation" again took a long time. I had to repeat myself constantly and the representative did not pay attention to what I was saying so I answered the same questions several times. Finally, a service appointment was set up and the tech came out today. The tech was nice enough, but said this is not my job, I work on functional issues, this is an installation job done wrong. You need to call Samsung. An hour later, and I have to wait another 24-48 hours for an installation tech to contact me to install it properly. This has been a nightmare. I will never buy an appliance on Samsung.com again and I probably won't buy a Samsung appliance again either.

Love this range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in October, and absolutely love this range. It is easy to clean, it doesn't take forever to heat up and cool down like my prior electric stovetop. The 'boost' feature is awesome. You can literally boil water in seconds. I have only used the air fry feature once and it did a terrific job.
A delightful experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a new range before and was very excited about switching to induction. The cooktop is fantastic - it takes less than 4 minutes to boil a pot of water! I made dinner start to finish in 20 minutes the first night. My All-Clad pans work great on the induction elements and I love how safe it feels, not being very warm on the surface even after boiling pasta. Getting used to the oven settings will take some time, I haven't had a convection oven before and probably shouldn't have used that setting to bake cookies. Getting the alerts on my phone for when the oven has preheated or the cooking time has ended will be so helpful. Overall I'm very pleased with the aesthetics and the performance of this range and am really looking forward to using all the different features.
Overall great experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful design and function. Bought all Samsung products, Range, refrigerator and dishwasher. All work great with smart controls. Samsung Customer care very helpful and answered my questions on the operation of the range. They spent time walking me through every step.
The Future of Cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Samsung oven, and I must say, it felt like stepping into the future. The sleek induction countertop not only looks impressive but also performs exceptionally well. One of the standout features for me was the variety of cooking functions available. Being Italian, I have a special affinity for pizza, and the dedicated pizza function, complete with a specific setting for the stone, delighted me to no end. Initially, I encountered a minor confusion with the oven's startup message, but after the first use, it disappeared, and I haven't seen it since. Comparing it to my previous gas range, the Samsung oven delivered a noticeable improvement in performance. Despite my initial skepticism, it outperformed my gas oven in cooking pizza, and the induction countertop proved to be a breeze to clean and quick to heat up. Experimenting with the various power levels on the countertop, I was pleasantly surprised by its versatility, from rapid boiling to gentle defrosting to precise cooking at medium heat. The design is not just aesthetically pleasing but also practical, with a clean, modern look and touch panels for both the cooktop and oven. The black color adds a professional touch to my kitchen and complements any future design changes. Although I've only had the oven for a short time, I've already cooked a variety of dishes, including pizza, spaghetti, fish, vegetables, and sauces. The intuitive touch controls, complemented by the edge light, provide clear feedback from a distance, indicating when the unit is in operation. Overall, I highly recommend the Samsung oven based on its ease of cleaning and precision cooking capabilities. As for improvements, I would suggest enhancing the edge light functionality to provide different colors for each cooking phase and a flashing notification when cooking is complete. Perhaps there are additional functions I have yet to discover, as I continue to explore the oven's features daily.
No warranty cover for top of stove
After I bought this stove in a couple months one burner has heat mark now it bothers me so much. I pay for extra 3 more years warranty but they don't want to fix it or replace it. Warranty doesn't cover top of the stove. I didn't use any chemicals or cleaning solutions. I changed my %90 of my pots and pans for this stove.
Hi Zafer, You’ve been careful with how you use it, changing your cookware and avoiding chemicals, so it's completely understandable that you'd feel disappointed with how things have turned out. Let us shed some light on your experience. Induction cooktops can show discoloration around the cooking zone. This might look like heat marks or shadows. These are not necessarily from overheating but may occur from the repeated heating and cooling process, which can cause slight changes in the glass surface. In addition, I have shared the link to this model's user manual below. Please visit the link and turn to pages 65 - 66 for the limited warranty coverage of your range. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202412/20241203135815827/O_IB_FULL_NE9100D_NSI6DB9500_EN.pdf To supplement the user manual link shared above, I also have included the Samsung link for Samsung Care+. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/samsung-care-plus/home-appliances-and-electronics/ Should you need assistance with your range, please feel free to get back to us via the following options: 1. Induction is a game-changer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung BeSpoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range, and it's been a total game-changer in my kitchen. The design is super sleek, and I love how I can customize the panels to match my decor. It looks so modern and cool, and the touch controls are really easy to use. Cooking with it is awesome. The induction cooktop heats up almost instantly and gives me precise temperature control, which makes cooking so much more enjoyable. The smart features are a huge plus too—I can control the range from my phone, so I can preheat the oven while I’m still chopping veggies. The oven is spacious and bakes everything evenly, whether it’s cookies or a roast. The air fry feature is great for making healthier meals without losing the crunch. Plus, cleaning is a breeze with the smooth cooktop and the self-cleaning oven function. Overall, the Samsung BeSpoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range is stylish and super functional, making it a perfect fit for my kitchen. It’s efficient, versatile, and really upgrades my cooking game.
Showstopper!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I have had nothing but compliments on my new Samsung bespoke slide in range. The NSI6DG9500MTAA not only looks great in my kitchen but the functions it has are outstanding. I’ve had a couple different gatherings at my house since receiving it and it has made cooking a breeze. I really like the Boost function when boiling water on the stovetop. The SmartThings app is wonderful. After pushing a button on the range you can adjust cooking time and temperature of the oven from the app. It will also let you know if any of the burners are on. You can also adjust the ambient lighting with the app. Change the color and also adjust for it to be on all the time or only when it’s being used. The convection vegetable setting is unique and I’ve used the bread-proofing setting as well as air fry. The range top is matte and has been easier to clean than my previous glass top. It’s also what catches people’s eye too. The induction cooktop works really well. The range will beep to let you know if you are trying to use a pan that is not compatible. The burner will also turn off if you lift the pan up for too long. It did take some time to learn how to operate the range with no knobs. The push buttons are easy to use, I have some arthritis in my hands that makes turning hard so the pushing of a button makes things easier for me. I would have liked the adjustable feet to have had slightly longer screws. My previous range was a Samsung and fit perfectly between my counters. This one was a bit harder to adjust. Width wise was perfect. Also, the placement of the power cord and where my outlet was located didn’t allow a nice snug fit against the wall. I will need to have an electrician out to move my outlet. Overall, very happy with the Samsung range.
