This Samsung has very poor instructions, only online, and the cooking controls are not intuitive. Touch panel is not sensitive. There is a clock in the panel which only stays on for a few minutes, then disappears. I would not recommend this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is great! So many features, it takes a bit to learn them all, but it replaces so many appliances! We really love the induction top, that cools almost instantly To the touch once turned off, super easy to clean. My son works nights, so he preheats the oven with his phone on his way home so he can start cooking immediately! It also sends a message to your phone when it’s done preheating or cooking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my range for a couple months so I can’t review on longevity issues however the range features and easy operation of the range are excellent. The surface is scratch resistant and is much easier to clean rather than a glass top electric. Burners heat and cool quickly. It is a sight learning curve to change from electric ranges but once mastered it is easy to use. The oven features are also easy to use and clean. Another nice feature is the ambient lighting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our wonderful new induction range has 2 control windows, one for the stove top and the other for the oven. When the oven is used with the stovetop off the stovetop window will show a "power off and cooling down" message. This means the stove top is protecting the induction cooktop. The Oven is still on! This confused us until we learned about the stovetop window and the oven window.

Only issue I have is the touch controls occasionally get messed with when it gets messy or something is put on or near them and it's not obvious because of the glass surface. It's is beautiful and looks great though. More than enough space and utility for my family of 3.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quickly food cooks on the stove top. Water boils in half the time of a regular electric range. I am very pleased with the smooth top. It looks modern. The technology had a little bit of a learning curve but after about a week, I was using it easily.

I purchased my induction range in May 2025 and most of the times we turned it on it makes a buzzing sound and the sound sometimes is so overwhelming that you hear it throughout the house. I have called aan a technician came changed the mother board but one week later the sound again I called Samsung again they send another technician but since the range didn’t make the sounds but I have shown them videos they close the ticket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thoroughly pleased with my Bespoke slide in! First of all it looks fantastic- I think the fact that it’s so easy to clean helps with this. The fact that the induction stops once the pan is off really aids in less messes of over boiling. My two favorite things are pretty practical features: 1) the boost button for quick boiling is a real time savor 2) the time that begins once the oven has reached desired temperature is fantastic as I so often forget to set an actual timer. Although I was initially a tad intimidated by the tech side of my oven, I’ve grown fond of being able to double check that I’ve turned off the oven or light from my phone mikes away! It’s just great peace of mind! This was a great purchase for our family.
