[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Smart, slide-in Bespoke electric range! I purchased the stainless steel, fingerprint-resistant version. (I needed to replace my ten-year old range that was cooking unevenly.😑) It’s been in my home for ~ six weeks. The range is smart & fun to use.There is a learning curve, but I find discovering new features is fun. The range is an attractive upgrade. The burners heat quickly & food cooks uniformly in the oven. The SmartThings app is fun, too, but s/what of a novelty. From your phone, the app allows the user to set range temp. & cooking times as well as control modes like convection bake, broil, & air sous vide. The few negatives are that when I’m wiping off the stove top, I sometimes accidentally turn on either the range or stovetop. Also, the timer isn’t the easiest to set. I also purchased the 9” stainless steel splash guard (backguard) & the Samsung Slim Over-the-Range Bespoke microwave with hood vent. The microwave is sleek & efficient. I highly recommend this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the stove little over a month ago and absolutely love it. Only thing I would change is the size of the burners, but with the right cookware it still works because one of the burners is so big. The app controls are great as well.

The Bad: Induction hobs appear to be smaller in size than indicated by the range top markings. I did a boil test on the front two hobs and both suggest that the actual hob size is roughly 2 inches smaller than indicated. The Good: Range has incredible heat delivery that is very easy to dial in and control. I've been making home made soy milk for the past 2 years. Generally the pan scorches even when stirring constantly and the 20-25 minute boiling process requires active heat control to avoid boil over. With this Samsung range I: 1) set to power boil on the largest hob and bring to almost a boil over in roughly 5 minutes, maybe less (this is for a little over a half gallon of liquid) 2) quickly cut power to drop the froth 3) hit 5 to bring it back up again 4) stir every 2-3 minutes I am able to accurately dial in the exact level of power needed to keep the liquid boiling without scorching or boiling over to the point that I can walk away for a few minutes and not worry. Extremely easy to calibrate oven. After receiving the range I set the oven to 450 and used a grill thermometer to monitor the temperature for 1 hour. As all ovens do, the temperature swung roughly 20 degrees up and down from the set temp as the oven cycled on and off. I did an average of the temperature cycles and then lowered then adjusted the via the settings menu to be 10 degrees lower. I have never calibrated an oven in my life or even thought that was a possibility until this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ready, Set, Cook!! I had an awesome time using this oven to make a pasta bake. My food cooked very evenly without burning the cheese! I can say I already love this product and can't wait to use it more and check out the additional features. I didn't have too much of a chance to review the product before heading to Paris for two weeks, however, when I returned I got to really sample the product. It took a second to adjust, but my middle son who loves to cook has fund his stride in baking. He bakes cookies twice a week and the see through window and bright light helps him to monitor his cookies without opening the door and letting the heat out. I planned on getting a griddle appliance for pancakes and am happy to announce that I no longer need to do that. This stove has an Induction Griddle top that has allowed me to cook quick even pancakes. I am still exploring all of the features, but so far am very impressed.

I got my stove a week and a half ago. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use the stove because there's a message to contact customer service, and I haven't had the chance to contact them yet with holiday madness. But it is gorgeous. Hopefully the issue is a simple one to fix. I will update my review as soon as I am able to use it.

Beautiful range, have used the oven but yet to use the stovetop. I’m currently waiting for service to fix a F0 error. They haven’t given us the option to schedule a repair on our time, it’s only been this time frame and if you’re not home it doesn’t get fixed (basically). We rescheduled and they came on the original date not the rescheduled date. I bought this on Black Friday, and received a week later but I haven’t been able to use the stove top since its arrival unfortunately. I have unplugged and hit the breakers, but nothing. I have proper induction pans such as cast iron and it works for a minute then displays the error code. Bummer. I have high hopes, all my appliances are Samsung and have yet to encounter an issue! With that being said when the service finally happens, I’m sure it will be amazing. Being that the oven works great with the many features it has I think it’s fair to give a 2 rating since a 2.5 is not available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being a little skeptical, this Samsung range really surprised me. I am still learning new things. Food cooked on the stovetop cooks quickly and evenly. The oven is amazing for both regular and air fry settings. Again, food is evenly cooked. This is so much better than our old one. The ambient edge lighting is a nice feature, but I do find I don't really pay attention to it. However, I can live with that. If you buy one, you won't be sorry.

It boasts an impressive array of features that I love, including a sleek drop-in design, precision safety knobs, and a versatile warming center burner that keeps my culinary creations warm while I cook on the other four burners. The range also offers all the traditional features I'd expect, but with a modern twist - I can even control it using the SmartThings app. The range's versatility is further enhanced by the two double burners among the five total burners. It also comes equipped with a delay start function and two cleaning options. Other handy features include bread proofing, high/low broiling, and a keep warm setting. The induction cooktop's black matte glass surface is scratch-resistant, and so far, I haven't noticed any blemishes. The burners heat up quickly and the surface cools down rapidly to prevent burns. The unit features two separate control displays - one for the induction cooktop and one for the oven - offering a wide range of customization options that I'm still exploring. As an added bonus, the range includes an air fryer tray and a pull-out section at the bottom for storing smaller pans. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience, and I'm excited to continue discovering all the range's capabilities. I haven't gotten a chance to use the self clean feature yet, however I am super excited about the steam clean option!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We never had an induction range before, so this has been an interesting experience. After getting the correct cookware on hand, we have tried out both the range and oven functions. The range top is impressive with its rapid and even heating. I was surprised at how quickly you can remove heat also. When a pot began to boil over, I punched the "1" setting and it stopped boiling immediately, like someone pulled the plug on it. The instruction manual is pretty comprehensive. The Smart Things app works well but could use better documentation. For instance, there was no explanation of what the "12-hour energy saver" function did - I had to look it up for a different Samsung model. There appears to be one bug, but it does not affect any of the functions. When you start to bake, the window on the left (range) side shows the message: "Power off - cooling inside". Huh? My wife thought she programmed the oven incorrectly, but it was functioning properly; i.e., the power was on and it was heating inside! Exactly opposite of that message (which disappears when the oven goes off). I have technical support trying to figure out what can be done about that. Otherwise, we are happy with the stove and it seems to be quite nice. Be careful if you have a wood floor. The feet pads are positioned at a slight angle (for greater stability?), which makes the pointed edges dig into wood rather than slide across it. This is an attractive nicely designed stove. We also received a nice rebate from our electric company. Be sure to check with yours. We're both seniors but even this modern tech was fairly simple to learn. Make sure you read the manual.

We've had this new stove for about a month, and boy do we love it!! It's taken some time to get used to how hot it gets so quickly on the range, and how quick it responds to turning the temperature down. We have used the new Circulon pots and pans too and they take some getting used to as well. We have started to get the hang of the controls, they're not as intuitive as the old knobs, but we're getting there! We have noticed that the burners are a little shiny after using them this month, so we'll be looking for a way to restore them to their original finish. We are having trouble finding a griddle to span both burners and sit flat on the cooktop but will keep looking. We can't believe how fast it boils water, and how low you can keep the burners to really cook quickly and well. Love it! The oven takes about as long as our old electric oven to heat up. The crisp it delivers on pizza and veggies is SO wonderful! We are super impressed with how well it bakes and also with the convection oven options. We are so pleased with this purchase.
