I really like this product! I’m not a huge fan of the flavor but I’m not big on water flavor packets in general. Maybe they will come out with an unflavored packet... however this product kept me hydrated and I felt more hydrated then if I were to just drink a regular bottle of water.

Liquid IV is just what I need! During the day, I usually forget to drink enough water. Then I go home and drink way too much at night. In comes Liquid IV. It helps to replenish my body from my workouts and it tastes great! Will buy again! Highly recommend!

I’m a third grade teacher, and I tend to get very dehydrated during the school day. Sometimes the dehydration will cause a migraine. Liquid I.V. made me feel hydrated, and I also felt like it increased my energy and focus! Lemon lime is not my favorite flavor of anything. So, I’m looking forward to trying one of the other flavors next!

After trying the sample pack, my body is now begging for Liquid IV! This stuff instantly took care of my morning headaches. It’s tastes really good, easily and fully resolved in ice cold water and works instantly to hydrate the body! It’s a little costly, but definitely worth it! My only complaint: I wish there was a sugar free version, ideally made with stevia.

I really liked the lemon lime flavor but thought that the ability to hydrate was not as potent as the banana bag brand that I have also tried. The price for this brand is less expensive though so that will most likely be the deciding factor in my future purchases.

I was concerned that I would get a product not much different than plain water or sugary sports drink. I was so pleasantly surprised by the refreshing taste and experience of drinking, as well as the obvious increase in the speed with which I was able to rehydrate. Greta product!

Loved liquid IV. I got the lemon lime trial- not the best flavor but not awful either. Easy enough to drink and highly recommend if you’re drinking alcohol. Absolutely helps deter a hangover. Plus even on a regular day I’m not good at drink water and get a lot of headaches, probably from dehydration. Not with this stuff! Will be ordering more for sure.

this product has given me such a boost in the mornings when i would go workout! it definitely was a surprise to me because i’m usually super tired in the mornings, but this has turned that around for me. super happy with this product and it’s flavor.

Liquid IV is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. You can rehydrate and stay hydrated without the "water belly" issues that come from drinking large amounts of water. Would recommend to anyone that needs a boost getting all there water in for the day or exercises, or works outside. Great Product.

It was not the best tasting product. I powered through drinking them and I really felt no difference in hydration. I was rather impressed with the sample of the night time blueberry lavender that you included in the order. I only drank half the package and I was very relax and tired but the blueberry flavor was very powerful. Slept well using that item.
