I was a bit skeptical that this product would help me as I have POTS and battle chronic hydration, but this product pleasantly surprised me! Not only am I extra hydrated, but it’s HALF the sugar as sports drinks I once drank to get my electrolytes in.

I love these so much!. they are great to get my water in for the day an stay hydrated all throughout the day at work or the gym. I get dehydrated very easily from having diabetes an PCOS these are so great I can just keep them in my purse or in the car for easy access. I love all the ingredients and safe ingredients.

I love the idea of this product. It’s so smart! I don’t need to spill water bottles everywhere anymore, because one of it is equivalent to 3 water bottles and I can drink just one, mixed with Liquid I.V and stay hydrated. I heard about this product from social media so I gave it a try! I try and drink enough water throughout the day but sometimes I just don’t drink enough. Liquid IV keeps me hydrated and the Lemon Lime flavor is soooo good! If you haven’t tried it... go get you some! Hurry!

In all fairness I have only tried the Lemon Lime flavor but it was horrible. I couldn't even finish my drink. I was really hoping that I would like it as I don't drink nearly enough water so I was excited about the product. Unfortunately it's a big no for me.

Hi! I love this flavor the most and I always feel better and notice the difference afterwards. I also love this product because my grandmother, who unfortunately was diagnosed with brain cancer, does not like to drink water. She has a lot of medication now and staying hydrated is now more important than ever. This has helped all of us make sure she’s getting hydrated properly as we are lucky if she drinks 2 bottles of water a day. Infused with Liquid IV, she now stays 2-3 times more hydrated than normal!
