Our family loves the Lemon Lime Liquid IV. On a really hot day, after a tough workout, or after a fun night out, liquid iv always helps to hydrate us well.

Not diabetic friendly high sugar I can't use it if I can't return it it's going to be thrown away waste of money. It's getting me high glucose sugar levels in my blood

This is my “go to” flavor of liquid iv. The passion fruit has a little bit of tang and a little bit of sweetness to it. It’s been great for staying hydrated while breastfeeding.

I absolutely love the Passion Fruit flavor Liquid IV. I can't explain it, but it makes water SO much easier to drink when I need to rehydrate. I even keep a water bottle of it by my bedside each night. I only wish I could find it in Europe. Italy doesn't seem to have anything like it.

this product is easy to use. I did find both the sugar-free and the regular to be too sweet so I'm using 32 ounces of water for each stick and that's much more palatable. It's too soon for me to tell whether it's helping me remain fully hydrated. I'm just starting to create a daily regimen… It's awfully difficult to drink as much water as we are supposed to each day; so far, using this product makes me more mindful of the volume of water I'm taking in. And I'm hoping that my body will be able to retain hydration because of the electrolytes I'm getting with this product. it's a work in progress.

Liquid I. V. Lemon Lime — tasty, but inconsistent • Taste: Bright lemon–lime and easy to drink. It’s the only hydration additive I can stand. • Sweetness: Definitely sugary. I sometimes dilute it with extra water to cut the sweetness. • Effectiveness: Hit-or-miss. Some days I feel a clear boost (less drag, fewer cramps); other times it feels no better than plain water. Likely depends on how dehydrated I am, what I’ve eaten, and salt needs. • Convenience: Single sticks are grab-and-go, but pricier per serving than many alternatives. When I use it: Hot days, long sessions, travel—situations where I want something palatable enough to actually finish a bottle. Bottom line: I like it for the taste and keep it around, but it’s not magic. Works well sometimes, less so others, and the sugar means it’s an occasional tool—not my everyday habit.

After kidney stones, I needed to increase my water intake and not a fan of plain water. I have been drinking lemon/lime for 2-3 a day for 3 years now and have not had any kidney stone issues since and feel better. Flavor is my favorite!! Highly recommend.
