Not diabetic friendly high sugar I can't use it if I can't return it it's going to be thrown away waste of money. It's getting me high glucose sugar levels in my blood

This is by far the best product. The flavor is perfect and like that I can make it as strong as I like. I keep some at my desk at work and are perfect for traveling.

This is my “go to” flavor of liquid iv. The passion fruit has a little bit of tang and a little bit of sweetness to it. It’s been great for staying hydrated while breastfeeding.

I mix a liter of water with 2 packets and carry it in my cooler at work. Easy to mix, I just shake the bottle before I take a drink during my shift. Lemon lime is my consistent favorite.

My fault I didn't read close enough. Oh my, it's full of sugar. I feel like I'm drinking pure sugar. Didn't finish the first one and gave the rest away.

Love this product. The Lemon Lime is perfect for me, i don't like flavors that are too sweet. If you like a low sweet lemonade you love it. I have taken other hydrade products but this one you actually feel the affect!

This is mo son's favorite flavor, we get it with every subscription. All 3 of my children are involved in sports and dance. They add Liquid IV to all of their water bottles to stay hydrated. Our pediatrician recommended it to us.

The flavor is awesome. I'm not concerned about the added sugar as it doesn't appear to be excessive. Seems to hydrate better than water alone. The added electrolytes help with recovery.
