Not my favorite flavor. It has been so hot when I’m out I try to drink one as I’m working in the garden.

I like the product but it’s a little too pricey. I got it on sale but it shouldn’t be a limit on some things

My husband was told by his doctor that he needed to hydrate. After checking around, hubby says these are the best for him!

I have become dehydrated. This stuff works to re hydrate my system. Better than Gatorade or pedialyte!

I used to get frequent leg cramps at night. I drink 1-2 packets in 24 oz water bottle a day, no longer have night cramps.

Love having these on hand. Getting older we don’t always drink enough. So these are terrific and help when sick and need electrolytes.

I work outside a lot. Liquid IV helps keep me hydrated. I place mine in the freezer and get it kind of slushy. Refreshing!

Hates the taste! I ordered strawberry but received Lemon lime! My husband thinks it taste’s nasty! Does not recommend it!
