I used to get frequent leg cramps at night. I drink 1-2 packets in 24 oz water bottle a day, no longer have night cramps.

These hydration packets are awesome. They add just enough flavor to make drinking water even better. I only wish they carried other flavors.

You used to have only lemon/lime that I loved, now you added passion fruit that I don’t like. Hope you go back to lemon lime only which is great!

Love having these on hand. Getting older we don’t always drink enough. So these are terrific and help when sick and need electrolytes.

Not my favorite flavor. It has been so hot when I’m out I try to drink one as I’m working in the garden.
