These hydration packets are awesome. They add just enough flavor to make drinking water even better. I only wish they carried other flavors.

Excellent stuff we keep them in our packs while hunting and hiking and then dump them in the water. Great for kids that play sports also

Great Flavor and the micro's benefits are well worth the costs. We switch up between this and LMNT.

It works on hydration. I personally find it too sweet. So I have to use one packet in two servings or half a packet in 18 ounces of water.

Can’t believe it’s getting bad reviews because there’s nothing better for a hangover, drink before bed and wake up hydrated and I liked the taste

This liquid IV IS GREAT but it comes in different taste and sugar free. Would love to see more of the different ones they make.

These taste salty at first but you get used to it. They work great without making you have to go pee every 5 minutes.

This product is easy to use and helps me stay hydrated which also helps me from getting spasms in my hands and feet.
