Love this product for a little extra hydration. The lemon lime is my favorite flavor. It’s not too sweet and reaches the right amount of flavor to add a little pizzazz to water.

Usually I LOVE Liquid IV. However, the last two boxes i bought have had packets that have hardened. If you mix them they are undrinkable and have a strong taste.

This product is great if you do high activities outdoors, like running or sports. Love the large quantity in this product. Product is great but another flavor box would be nice.

The flavor is awesome. I'm not concerned about the added sugar as it doesn't appear to be excessive. Seems to hydrate better than water alone. The added electrolytes help with recovery.

Taste like ginger ale Had to have a colonoscopy and I mixed it with my GoLYTELY and i was so much better than gader aid i was able to get that nasty stuff down

I keep this in my house, purse and work bag always. I wish this had been all lemon-lime. I haven't tried the other flavor, but really didn't want to. Oh well!

Love this product! I feel refreshed and hydrated when drinking this. I dilute with extra water. Consuming more fluids while making it taste less sweet. Win, Win!

This is the only product that will relieve severe muscle cramps I get! Mixing one bottle of this does what 4 bottles of plain water does for me. I always carry it in my purse and have some packets on my end table where I sit and on my nightstand.

these packets are easy to use and great tasting. they are very convenient that you can stick a couple in your purse or your car to have it your convenience with a bottle of water
