Yummy. I enjoy this during my peloton rides and sauna sits. I find that water alone doesn’t quench my thirst after a good sweat. Great flavor and salt/mineral replacement.

Good for hydrating and replenishing electrolytes. Wish there was less sugar and possibly an option of at least 2 flavors per box to lessen flavor fatigue.

Our family loves the Lemon Lime Liquid IV. On a really hot day, after a tough workout, or after a fun night out, liquid iv always helps to hydrate us well.

Love this product. The Lemon Lime is perfect for me, i don't like flavors that are too sweet. If you like a low sweet lemonade you love it. I have taken other hydrade products but this one you actually feel the affect!

My doctor recommended this product after surgery and I've been using it ever since. I can feel a difference when I drink it, so it definitely helps. The price here is cheaper than other placrs so I always buy at Walmart.

I was happy to buy this at such a low price. Lowest price anywhere for 30. I’ll have them when I need them and for this summer when it’s hot out. If you get dehydrated at all, they’re good to keep in the house.

This electrolyte powder is a bit expensive, but in my opinion it’s worth it. My bloodwork said my sodium levels were low, I started drinking this and a month later my sodium levels were back to normal. Tastes good too.

Very convenient and a much better value than buying individuals. However, I don’t like the flavor combinations. I would rather buy individual boxes of the flavors I like.

It is very light and refreshing. I add the powder to ice water in a 40 oz cup with a twist of lemon. I will buy it again for the days I work outside. It helps hydrate you quickly. You can feel it

This is by far the best product. The flavor is perfect and like that I can make it as strong as I like. I keep some at my desk at work and are perfect for traveling.
