My husband and I add this to our water everyday. When we shared this with our primary care physician, he shared that he does, too. Really makes a difference in our well being and energy.

It is very light and refreshing. I add the powder to ice water in a 40 oz cup with a twist of lemon. I will buy it again for the days I work outside. It helps hydrate you quickly. You can feel it

Excellent energy booster by providing electrolytes, but only a 45 calories. Great for long distance cycling and I assume for all long duration sports.

i get a lot of migraines, not just due to dehydration but when i'm dehydrated they are a lot worse. I've found that these help my migraines. they taste a bit funny but not bad at all!

This electrolyte powder is a bit expensive, but in my opinion it’s worth it. My bloodwork said my sodium levels were low, I started drinking this and a month later my sodium levels were back to normal. Tastes good too.

I was happy to buy this at such a low price. Lowest price anywhere for 30. I’ll have them when I need them and for this summer when it’s hot out. If you get dehydrated at all, they’re good to keep in the house.
