This is the best flavor of all the line up. Sometimes I add my fiber supplement to it and sometimes I have it by itself after a workout when I feel like I need a hydration boost. Subscribe and save seems to work well. Some retailers can’t get the timing right but liquid IV does a good job with reminders and flexibility to set the right schedule for me.

This flavor is one of my favorites! I keep this one stocked at home and in my work bag as well, just in case. I’ll take extras to share with either friends or clients. I ordered, along with 2 other flavors, to put in my clients holiday gift bags this year and they’re loving it!

I drink daily for the electrolytes, and also find that it’s higher in electrolytes when compared to other electrolyte replacements I’ve tried. I noticed a huge difference in how I feel during long runs and recovery using this product. It’s a needed addition to my athlete training routine. Match made in heaven.

After kidney stones, I needed to increase my water intake and not a fan of plain water. I have been drinking lemon/lime for 2-3 a day for 3 years now and have not had any kidney stone issues since and feel better. Flavor is my favorite!! Highly recommend.

Only variety available, but this stuff is awesome for the cold and flu season and a good gym day.
