I really like liquid IVs quick hydration solution. You feel better so quickly. Only critique is Sam’s only offers lemon lime for the great discount.There are so many other fantastic flavors, but you’ll pay for them!

I am surprised how good this taste. No strong sodium taste. They say many of us are dehydrated so this is a good way to make sure you're hydrated. I'm not a big water drinker so I think this will help me.

This is my “go to” flavor of liquid iv. The passion fruit has a little bit of tang and a little bit of sweetness to it. It's been great for staying hydrated while breastfeeding.

I absolutely love the Passion Fruit flavor Liquid IV. I can't explain it, but it makes water SO much easier to drink when I need to rehydrate. I even keep a water bottle of it by my bedside each night. I only wish I could find it in Europe. Italy doesn't seem to have anything like it.
