I tried the sample size and just ordered the variety pack! I try to drink a lot of water, but somedays I definitely need an extra dose of water and this helps me feel hydrated before a workout!

I am so happy that I tried Liquid IV! So many drinks or drink additives like this have terrible ingredients. I love that Liquid IV uses pure cane sugar instead of some other sweetener!

Definitely one of the best flavors. My team loves them so much and always uses them. Adds great flavor to boring water while keeping me extra hydrated before my practices and games as well!

This product seems to really work and I enjoyed both the lemon lime flavor and the passionfruit flavor. Occasionally I have trouble getting the powder to mix completely.

I personally always having difficulty drinking 6-8 glasses of water during the day to stay hydrated! This powder gives 2-3x more hydration than a glass of water by itself and tastes great!

This was my first time trying this, and I LOVE IT! Best thing I have ever tried! I have stage 4 cancer so I need to be hydrated a lot and this helps me tremendously!!

My husband and I both tried it- and within 10 min of drinking the product, we both had horrible headaches. Good ingredients and tastes wonderful... just not for us.
