Tastes great but is very sugary! If you are into that then great. It didn’t seem to help my hangover any more than a Gatorade would, but could be a more healthy alternative.

This stuff works! The first time I took it was after a night of drinking and was feeling tired and little hung over but after just drinking it with one bottle of water I felt like a new person!

We truly enjoyed the product! We own a hot yoga studio and really felt that it helped with our overall water consumption after each class. We are definitely interested in making another order!

This stuff works so fast! I drink it when I have a headache, feeling dehydrated, before and during my workouts, etc. It is a great way to stay hydrated. I also love this flavor!

Taste pretty good and defiantly hydrates me. I do bikram yoga and live in Florida so lots of dehydration going on:) I think this will really help me with my workouts this summer.
