This flavor has a bitter taste not one of the worse flavors just not very high on my list, it still gets the job done of feeling fueled but doesn’t express the best taste in the world

Between using plain water with lemon, i like using Liquid IV to ensure my body is receiving all the necessary electrolytes. I love the taste of Liquid IV!

I have friends who swear by it. I tried it and am not sure it made a huge difference, but I’d like to try it again while doing more strenuous activity. The taste was good!

This stuff is amazing on many levels. My daughter uses it when she participates in many sports. It doesn’t have all the calories in other sports drinks and it works better.

I would recommend this to all the pregnant moms in the 1st trimester. I have really bad morning sickness and i tried the lemon lime flavor because i need hydration and it tastes like sprite without the fizz and helped relieve my nausea too.

This flavor is a delight and accompanied with hydration is a great product overall. Really helps you to upgrade your workout routine to add some great hydration.

Don’t be afraid to ask for the sample offer if you don’t wanna just dive in. This product definitely works and helps keep me hydrated through out the day.

Just like Lemonade...but better for you! Liquid IV, is delicious. I drink one or two a day as needed in between regular water, just to give myself another option. Drinking more water , has never been easier!
