I like the ease and convenience of this as well as the subtle taste. I don’t feel like it hydrated me “more” in any way..... but tastier water encourages me to drink more water if that makes any sense.

Wanted to try before buying for an upcoming road trip where we will not be able to drink as much to prevent frequent stops. Used after a tough workout and was very refreshing

I love how well it works but I prefer the passion fruit flavor. I get dehydrated on a regular basis and this prevents me from having to go to the ER for an IV.

I did not expect this to work as well as it did! I am shocked by how much better I feel even though I’m drinking less water in the same amount of time!!

I was very hesitant about this, but was very surprised. It seemed to help with getting me to consume more water. I drive all day for work and drink very little and this product was amazing.

Between using plain water with lemon, i like using Liquid IV to ensure my body is receiving all the necessary electrolytes. I love the taste of Liquid IV!

So far I have only used 3 packets since receiving my order and I am very impressed with this item! Highly recommend other to try it. I feel refreshed and refueled after drinking it.

I am not the biggest fan of lemon lime flavor. However, this did have a nice taste just the right lemon and lime. But the taste of salt over powered everything! So salty!

The lemon for my review has a good taste. Not bad, not overly salty. It does seem to quench thirst. I’ve drank it cold and room temp during and after yard work. I love the potassium in it. So far so good. May continue to buy.

Def recommend. It’s the only thing that would help me stay hydrated while breastfeeding. The taste could be improved for the lemon lime but I’m still buying again
