Incredible flavor and incredible results. Helped keep me in shape by staying hydrated properly, as well as boost my immunity to allow me to stay well all year round!

For various reasons, I experience dehydration too often. I am finding that drinking one of these a day prevents dehydration about 95% of the time and that remaining 5% is due to other circumstances. I will keep this product on hand.

I had a cold when I first started taking Liquid IV. My colds normally turn into a 2 week ordeal, however this time it only lasted a few days, and I am sure it was because I started Liquid IV. I will for sure be adding this in daily.

Just like Lemonade...but better for you! Liquid IV, is delicious. I drink one or two a day as needed in between regular water, just to give myself another option. Drinking more water , has never been easier!

I was shocked to see the first 2 ingredients were sugar!! I am also a salt lover, but this was SO salty. I also LOVE water, love to drink it. This was hard for me to get down. i had to add more water to delute it from the original 16 ounces.

If you find yourself not drinking enough water throughout the day, Liquid I.V. is the best solution out there. I feel more energy just a few minutes after drinking it!

I honestly have no idea whether I am up to three times more hydrated by each glass of water I drink with Liquid I.V. mixed in, but I think I am, and isn't that all that matters Either way it tastes great, so I highly recommend this product!

There was a bit of a salty taste to it (lemon lime) but I did not mind it, it wasn’t extreme like drinking salt water, but it was a just noticeable taste. Overall I liked it
