I loved the product, just wish it came with other flavors as well! Mine only came with lemon lime (tastes like the lemon lime gatorade). I appreciate the Liquid I.V. Sleep sample! I will be trying that out soon!

I really couldn't even finish my bottle of water with this in it. It was way too salty for my taste. If i can't quite even stomach the taste, I can't see how it effects me or if it works so it may still do its job but I just couldn't get it down.

We truly enjoyed the product! We own a hot yoga studio and really felt that it helped with our overall water consumption after each class. We are definitely interested in making another order!

Find I need more hydration now that is winter. Lemons and lime I V is my go to drink more so that winter is here . A bottle is always on my desk and one in the car. Really refreshing thank you
