I am obsessed with these products. They are perfect to add to your everyday life regardless of your lifestyle. I use these on a daily basis for extra hydration, but especially after a workout. It is perfect to replenish water loss during exercise.

This was my first time trying Liquid I.V the taste was great (lemon-lime) no side effects or bad aftertaste. Did light excercising on tonight, felt good after. Would definitely recommend.

The lemon lime flavor was fine but it was sooo overpowered by the saltiness. I couldn’t handle it and only used one of my sample packs. I will pass along to my husband who works outside in the sun and needs the electrolytes more than me.

I really enjoy using the product, and it performs as promised, but I don't care for this particular flavor. I wish Sam's would carry a variety pack or something.

Okay it made me feel great after drinking a water bottle of it but for only about 30-45 minutes then it was like I probably needed another one. You probably need to have at least 3 of these a day

Helps keep me hydrated throughout the day day! Even if that’s before training, or just when I want to make sure that my hydration is up to par so I can perform at a high level!

I really enjoyed the flavor of Liquid IV during my recent hike down and up the Grand Canyon. It wasn't too sweet or syrupy like other drink mixes can be. It also gave me the electrolytes I needed to stay strong and focused all day.

I really love drinking a liquid IV every couple days, because after a couple days of working out i start to feel like no amount of water can quench my thirst. This stuff makes me feel refreshed and hydrated.

Wanted to try before buying for an upcoming road trip where we will not be able to drink as much to prevent frequent stops. Used after a tough workout and was very refreshing
