This was ok. Not my favorite flavor. I do however prefer plain water and I don't normally drink anything else. I'm not into soda or juices. Just water. So this just might be a personal preference.

Really feel the difference! I was getting bad leg cramps in the middle of the night and took this stuff for 4 days straight and I just feel the difference and no more leg cramps!

I love lemon lime flavored drinks, but this is just gross. It is so bitter! Rename the flavor and call it "Lemon Lime Chewable Aspirin" lol In my opinion, this is the worst if their flavors.

I was very hesitant about this, but was very surprised. It seemed to help with getting me to consume more water. I drive all day for work and drink very little and this product was amazing.

I work shift work so its often hard to find enough time in my shift to drink water. I love using Liquid IV during my shifts to help me feel hydrated and extra energized especially in the mornings! Highly recommend this product :)

I really enjoyed liquid I.V.! I can tell a difference in my body from the first packet I had. I suffer from a lot of headaches and this definitely seems to help. There is no doubt I will be ordering more

I find it difficult to get myself to drink enough water throughout the day. On average I may only drink 2 bottles of water. Liquid IV keeps me hydrated and feeling good all day! I got my husband hooked on it too. We can’t go a day without it!

I’ve been enjoying this product. I’ve felt like I get less muscle cramps while working out which is a great side effect. I like the flavor - reminds me of Gatorade but without the crazy calories and sugar.

After trying I felt a huge difference. I’m horrible at staying hydrated and liquid IV makes me feel better and with the great tastes makes me want to drink my water. Go buy! The sleep IV is also fantastic

The best flavors, I honestly drink this everyday and drink nothing else. This cancels out sodas and other drinks for me. This also keeps me hydrated before my runs and after. This is a necessity to me now and I am addicted.
