I was sceptical at first because taste is a huge deal to me, but I ordered the lemon lime and I loved it. I drank one packet a day for a week and I felt so freshed and more productive. Easiest way to rehydrate after a night out also.

I am not a fan of this flavor. It is my least favorite flavor I have tried actually. The hydration aspect of it is good but the flavor could use work.

We loved LIV, especially as influenza went through our family. This was something that everyone could drink to keep hydrated. We will be continuing to use them on a daily basis.

This is a good tradition sport drink flavor. I keep a few packets in my purse or diaper bag, especially in the summer for a quick hydrating drink. :) The whole family loves it!

Liquid IV mixed with a bottle of water goes down so smooth! I have started to crave the taste. I love the idea of this product and hope you get the chance to try it for yourself!!

I really enjoy using the product, and it performs as promised, but I don't care for this particular flavor. I wish Sam's would carry a variety pack or something.

I try to drink 40oz of water a day but struggle at times. The taste of liquid IV is refreshing and i definitely felt more energized throughout the day. Whatever i have left over in my hydro flask i drink first thing in the AM!

I love this on a daily basis just to make sure I’m getting everything I need hydration wise but when it comes to preventing and curing a hangover, this stuff is key!

I tried the lemon lime flavor. Great taste and I could tell a difference very fast after drinking 1 bottle of water with 1 packet in it. I felt noticeably better and more hydrated

Wasn’t too sweet which is a problem with most powder drinks on the market today. Going to order the other flavors so I can try those as well. Really liked the sleep version too!!
