As someone who lives in the desert, proper hydration is a constant battle. Not anymore! Liquid IV not only works, it tastes great and is a good value. The Passion fruit flavor is delicious.

These are a godsend. When I feel like I have disorders in the morning and after a workout these always make me feel better. I love how they promote sustainability.

I was skeptical but really enjoyed this product-as a breastfeeding mom even with drinking water all day I often still feel dehydrated and get headaches from it, after using a packet at onset of the headache it has helped tremendously!

The drink was delicious and I am thrilled to find an electrolyte drink that doesn’t have a ton of sugar. I know I don’t drink enough water, so this is a great alternative.

This flavor is one of my favorites so far!! It is a light fruity flavor and I really enjoy it! I truly feel like it gives me that extra hydration that my body needs!

I honestly have no idea whether I am up to three times more hydrated by each glass of water I drink with Liquid I.V. mixed in, but I think I am, and isn't that all that matters Either way it tastes great, so I highly recommend this product!

I loved the product, just wish it came with other flavors as well! Mine only came with lemon lime (tastes like the lemon lime gatorade). I appreciate the Liquid I.V. Sleep sample! I will be trying that out soon!

I love what this product does especially being a bariatric patient who is always dehydrated but i do wish i was able to try a more fruity flavor that lime that was tart.

Honestly.. I had my first Liquid I.V. after I was out a little too late and drank a little too much. I had a full day of work the following day and don't think I could have made it without my Liquid I.V. Thanks for an amazing product!

I struggle with drinking water. Simply, I just don’t like it. I tried Liquid IV in hopes that it would make drinking water easier and I would get hydrated faster. It did both, I loved it! Definitely going to stock up on this stuff.
