There was a bit of a salty taste to it (lemon lime) but I did not mind it, it wasn’t extreme like drinking salt water, but it was a just noticeable taste. Overall I liked it

Shipping was fast. I like the idea of these packs helping to hydrate me, but i honestly think the lemon lime ones are really gross. Tastes like salt water. But I’ll probably try another flavor.

This gets me hydration that I lack and also gives me a little energy boost that I was not expecting! I will be using this for as long as they keep making it!

I loved the acai berry flavor. I felt healthy and hydrated after and the shipping was really fast! This is a win win when you are behind on your water intake. It is great for on the go use outdoors and indoors.

If you find yourself not drinking enough water throughout the day, Liquid I.V. is the best solution out there. I feel more energy just a few minutes after drinking it!

Nice flavor to these but I do wish they broke down in the water a little better. I was noticing some legs cramps and tried one of these. They did seem to help and for that I was pleased.

I've been very impressed! I'm pregnant and extremely nauseous and because of that it is hard for me to get enough fluids in. Liquid I.V. tastes great and has helped me feel better and more hydrated.

Got a free sample And took a few sips and stopped because the flavor is gross but also it made me nauseous then about twenty minutes later I was throwing up.

Not my favorite flavor. Very offsetting smell that is very strong. The taste itself is not bad. Very difficult to mix with different types of fruit juices and have taste seamlessly blended. Overall, not terrible flavor.
