I have been using hydration multiplier‘s for a while. I wanted to try new flavors and I really like this one because it wasn’t as sweet as other ones I have tried. I bring this in a casual environment, my normal drinking water routine.

I really liked the taste of the Lemon IV. I am doing keto so was looking for something lower in sugar and carbs. I did pass down to my girls which have finished the pack.

Good addition to make sure you’re getting enough vitamins, also making sure you’re staying hydrated. I like the fact that this will help with jet lag!

The package said to mix one stick with 16 oz of water. I did that and it was a VERY strong taste, which would be fine if I wanted it to taste like gatorade. I just doubled the water amount and then it gave me a more subtle flavor.

The taste is GREAT! I don’t need to drink water every 5 minutes. For a person who doesn’t drink much water, it really helped me feel more hydrated. Definitely recommend!

I never doubt this! Any time I’m feeling drowsy, have a headache, don’t feel great, or whatever, I drink this! The flavor is my favorite and it never fails to make me feel so much better during the day!

I love Liquid I.V. and will definitely be buying more in the future to help with my 10K and half marathon training! I was just completely surprised with how salty it was!

Amazing!! My fiance ordered us a pack in acai berry! I have been telling everyone about it on IG. we had a wedding Friday, and super full weekend- we both took liquid IV Monday morning and felt amazing! Can't wait for next shipment to get here!!
