Lemon Lime flavor was mediocre but I definitely started drinking that instead of coffee in the morning and the impact was noticed within a day. Will be purchasing more.

I have been using Liquid IV a lot as of recently to combat hangovers, it does a really good job at helping with them. I take 1 before bed and another when i wake up and feel great!

It was okay, definitely better than sports drinks I liked that It had a lot less ingredients I had to add a lot more water to get the taste to mellow out.

Ordered for my family to keep hydrated in the summer heat and we love it! The lemon-lime is our fave. I just feel better after drinking it. I’m not the best about drinking enough water so the great taste helps me to stay on top of that.

At first, when diluted in 16oz of water, it does taste salty, but when diluted with 32oz of water it is delicious! I was dehydrated, and the day after drinking the first packet, I could tell a difference. Will be buying more!

This stuff is the real deal - and doesn't have a thick, sugary consistency. The lemon lime was tasty and it definitely shortened my hangover. Don't judge me, that's why you're here, too.

This flavor is so good you feel like you’re drinking juice! I’ve made it a priority to drink this before a hard workout, so I can sweat it out and get the results I’m looking for. Great flavor!

This is definitely a sweeter mix but it can always be mixed with more water to achieve desired taste. The punch of flavor coupled with the great hydration is a nice balance for some mid-day hydro.

Amazing taste and really helps to feel hydrated! So good for after/during a workout, if you’re spending a lot of time outdoors, or after some salty food. Perfect flavor for the summertime
