I honestly have no idea whether I am up to three times more hydrated by each glass of water I drink with Liquid I.V. mixed in, but I think I am, and isn't that all that matters Either way it tastes great, so I highly recommend this product!

I really did enjoy the product, received the Lemon-Lime flavor, while it’s not my favorite taste it wasn’t over powering like other products with the same flavor. I’m really looking forward to trying the Berry flavor!!

Talk about hydration! These little packs make such a difference when it comes to being outside in the sun all day. This is also my favorite flavor and makes me so excited to drink!

I was very hesitant about this, but was very surprised. It seemed to help with getting me to consume more water. I drive all day for work and drink very little and this product was amazing.

Acai berry and strawberry are my two favorite flavors. These help me stay hydrated and play my best golf. I would recommend this product to everyone and all athletes especially.

Did not know this flavor existed. Felt balanced after trying this one. It comes in a pack of 8 but is also great for a single travel pack. It is like a holy grail and a treat in one. A small system booster for system dysfunction.

I am not entirely sure if its working but the flavor is amazing and I drink one pack a day ever since I have gotten it. Looking forward to using this product in Miami when working out outside!
