I am having Chemo therapy right now and need hydration. I drink this during therapy and I feel great.

I love these! I add them to my 36oz water bottle and they have a great flavor and help me stay hydrated on hot bust days.

Very refreshing especially on a hot day returns the salt and minerals to your body just like Gatorade, but a whole lot better

Works great for rehydration .Really like the taste of the lemon lime . I have been told that you should only drink one a day dur tonthe sodium .

I was expecting it to be a more flavor but overall if you are using this product for its intent it definitely helped.
