Great after a workout

Out of the 3 times I have bought this item 9 of the packets have come hard as a rock leading me to believe their packing facilities are below standard. Not worth the purchase.

Love these packets in a blender bottle for a workout or to pack on vacation when we're out an about all day and not able to hydrate as well as we should

My sodium was on the low side because of the amount of water i drink so my doctor suggested i use a supplement in my water for hydration. It adds flavor and provides hydration. Liquid IV has a lot of flavors but the bulk size at Sams is lemon which is a good popular flavor. It comes in individual packets to add to water so its easy to carry with you anywhere.

Very effective in keeping up with my hydration. The flavor is strong but not overpowering while also not becoming too watered down. Very satisfied with liquid IV. My wife actually started it first and became obsessed before having me try it. Now we both use it every day.

I absolutely love this drink. It adds an extra zest to my water, its very smooth going down. I love the taste of the lemon lime I have not tried any other flavors, because I really don't want too much sweetness in my water. So i will definitely be keeping this in stock at home

If you’re hiking, working out, traveling, or just bad at drinking enough water (like me), Liquid I.V. is a solid upgrade. The variety pack is great to try a bunch of flavors and figure out your favorite. Definitely helped me recover faster — and saved me from those nasty leg cramps after a tough hike. It is super easy to use, just dump it in a water bottle, shake it, and done. Perfect for travel, gym, or tossing in your backpack. • It’s a little sweet. Not bad, but if you’re not into stevia or sweeter drinks, it might take a bit to get used to. • Not the cheapest option out there, but for me it’s worth it if it means no more cramping and feeling wiped after hikes. • Decent amount of sodium, which is fine if you’re active, but something to be aware of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's decent for a lemon lime. Would probably be good with some tequila or other mixed drink but what I really wanted was the Mojito flavor. This does not work for that. I'm just going to stick to our regular, Passion fruit.

First and foremost, the product as a whole is excellent. The flavor of passion fruit is a huge miss. It is not good. I've had other products with passion fruit flavor and they were fine. I've had fresh passion fruit and it's fine. Whatever flavoring is used to make passion fruit in this powder is much like artificial flavoring to the point of tasting like chemical cleaner. I spent the money on the box and tried to drink the passion fruit I didn't care for first and had a total of 6. There were supposed to be 15 in the box. It seemed like every time I picked up a packet, it was passion fruit. So, this morning, I dumped the box out to see how many were left. 9 packets of passion fruit were supposed to be left and there were 13. I've used 2 of the 15 lemon lime flavor and 13 were left. So, it seems like the manufacturer either goofed up the count on the packets of passion fruit or they purposely added more because they're nasty and they can't get rid of them fast enough. Either way, I'd say to avoid buying the box of mixed drink packets with passion fruit. The lemon lime are good. Weak in flavor but good. I typically add the zero sugar squeeze flavorings in there to give a little pick me up to the flavor. Just a quick little dash of blueberry or black berry or raspberry. I'm sure other flavors are good but I have what I have. No added flavors helped the passion fruit. That is a stand alone flavor in it's own and it's not good. However, I do recommend the Liquid I.V. brand, just not this particular combination.
