Find I need more hydration now that is winter. Lemons and lime I V is my go to drink more so that winter is here . A bottle is always on my desk and one in the car. Really refreshing thank you

I like the Liquid I.V and the flavor is tasty. I used to drink Gatorade and didn't like the added calories. Also, the Liquid I.V. tastes better than Gatorade!

The taste is GREAT! I don’t need to drink water every 5 minutes. For a person who doesn’t drink much water, it really helped me feel more hydrated. Definitely recommend!

I really did enjoy the product, received the Lemon-Lime flavor, while it’s not my favorite taste it wasn’t over powering like other products with the same flavor. I’m really looking forward to trying the Berry flavor!!
