I wasn't really sure what to expect from this product but it's pretty great. The flavors are slightly sweeter than Gatorade and have a really good taste. These are perfect for days when I'm going to be out in the heat a lot. One night I had one before a few libations, typically I would have ended up with a headache but no problems!

I am trying to cut sugar and really sweet fruits in my diet and this acai berry flavor has saved my life, I drink water with flavors I am craving for like berries. I went on a hike the other day it was sunny and hot like hell outside but this hydration multiplier did not let me feel dehydrated at all.

This was one less favorite, the flavor was just not very good. It had a salty taste that I couldn’t even finish it. Other than that I wold choose to drink it if I was really needing to get hydrated because I know this product works very good in that way.

I just started using Liquid I. V. And it helps me to get the electrolytes in my system since I don't really hydrate like I should and the heat is here for the summer months. I will continue with my routine and hopefully introduce it to my friends and family.

This flavor is by far my favorite from Liquid I.V. so it keeps me coming back for more! I’m not typically a fan of flavor in my water, but not only is this just the right amount, but I truly feel a difference in my energy and hydration when I drink it. Obsessed!

After trying the sample pack, my body is now begging for Liquid IV! This stuff instantly took care of my morning headaches. It’s tastes really good, easily and fully resolved in ice cold water and works instantly to hydrate the body! It’s a little costly, but definitely worth it! My only complaint: I wish there was a sugar free version, ideally made with stevia.

This is a great product. Ive been trying out a lot of electrolyte products recently. Liquid IV is the best all around. Taste (lemon) is exceptional! even if not at proper water ratio and it still holds flavor w/o tasting too diluted and strange. The benefits of the mix have also shown beneficial to performance and hydration levels . Great product!

I love and drink water daily. I purchased the trial size to get a feel for the product, and honestly, I felt no difference after consuming the product, other than more trips to the restroom. I also didn't care for the lemony-limey tase and had to dilute it more to drink the solution.

I’ve had a chance to try liquid IV twice now and I love it. It helped me hydrate before a long run last weekend and today I used it to hydrate after a long hilly run. I got the lemon lime flavor and it taste great. I will definitely be purchasing it again.

I love this product. I am always dehydrated. I can never seem to drink enough water. I have an autoimmune disease so it is important for me to stay hydrated. I bought this because I was getting a steroid IV treatment and this product really helped. I would highly recommend this product.
