After trying the sample pack, my body is now begging for Liquid IV! This stuff instantly took care of my morning headaches. It’s tastes really good, easily and fully resolved in ice cold water and works instantly to hydrate the body! It’s a little costly, but definitely worth it! My only complaint: I wish there was a sugar free version, ideally made with stevia.

I have low electrolytes in my body due to a medication that I take. I try to drink a gallon a day but it’s still not enough and my feet and lower legs are constantly cramping up to point where I have to stop working out or I wake up in the middle of the night I’m pain. After taking Liquid IV before working out, I noticed a huge difference. I didn’t get any cramping and over all felt like I had energy. I wasn’t gassed at the end of my workout session. I would highly recommend this! The flavor with the lemon lime isn’t bad but it does have a hint of saltiness to it.

I loved the berry flavor and the only reason it isn’t a 5 star at is the sole reason of it is not my favorite flavor. The hydration multiplier gives me that nice flavoring that is better than normal water and helps me stay hydration before during or after workouts.

I liked the science and concept behind it. Especially with my work not Always being able to drink water and my lifestyle traveling and exercising it’s important to stay hydrated. However I didn’t feel a difference in my body when I took them. Maybe I didn’t try them for liking enough to notice I’m not sure.

I heard about liquid I.V. On a podcast and had to try it. I have a really hard time getting in enough water, and This product makes it so easy for me to stay hydrated. It tastes great (I mix one packet into my 32 oz bottle) and I feel so much more energized. I hope to never be without it again!

Throwing in a packet of liquid IV into that bottle of water you are trying to get down after a night out is essential to helping with your hangover. It won’t cure your hangover, but it will help you from not being down and out all day long and getting you that much closer to the next party

1. I do HIIT workouts so I need something to replenish the electrolytes I lose during my workouts. This is amazing. The lemon lime flavor is actually really good compared to other electrolyte supplements. I can actually drink this one because it doesn’t taste like sewer water! 2. I drank this after a night of wayyyyyy too much vodka. It didn’t totally prevent me from a hangover but I didn’t completely hate myself the next day. Soooo consensus is: I love it I’m buying more.

Out of the flavors I’ve tried I like this one the least, however it’s still pretty good watered down a bit more than the directions state. Overall I don’t mind it so much, it’s just not my favorite and I don’t know if I’d buy it a second time over some of the others.

I had one stick when I was hungover and one when I was dehydrated after flying and I could tell a huge difference after drinking Liquid IV! I just wish I could have tried different flavors instead of just the lemon lime. It was good just not my favorite.

Have had severe pain due to a torn tendon in my shoulder for *months*. 4 drops and 5 minutes later, the pain was *completely* gone. I would of never believed it had I not experienced it myself. This stuff has been a godsend. Now I take it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I can go bowling again!
