I love Liquid IV - it is so effective. I use it before a long hike - it helps so much with not becoming dehydrated. I live in very dry climate at a higher elevation, which can quickly add up to dehydration. The packets are so easy to take with me wherever I go. Love the lemon lime flavor!

I constantly struggle to stay hydrated throughout my day so when I discovered this product, I was very eager to give it a try. It did not disappoint. Drinking one bottle of water and have it be equivalent to three is amazing! I recently used Liquid IV on vacation (traveling/flying can be very dehydrating) and I definitely felt the difference. Plan on ordering more!

We have used Liquid IV since my husband started the police Academy (several months ago!) He contributes his success to being able to stay hydrated! He uses these 2 times a day in conjunction with a lot of additional water! There is no way he would be hydrated otherwise!! Just hoping the lassionfruit flavor becomes more widely available!!! It was his favorite flavor!!!

I was introduced to liquid IV at a Phoenix Rising Soccer Game. We are always looking for a good electrolyte for the kids as they both play club soccer. Both kids love all of the flavors and enjoy drinking it before and after games. We have noticed a huge difference in their play and after game recovery. I use this during my training, which icsn be running up p to 30 miles a day and love it. I use it during my 100 mile races and it really helps keep my electrolytes in the right levels. My son who is on the high school wrestling team also uses it. This product tastes great and works well.

Throwing in a packet of liquid IV into that bottle of water you are trying to get down after a night out is essential to helping with your hangover. It won’t cure your hangover, but it will help you from not being down and out all day long and getting you that much closer to the next party

Loved liquid IV. I got the lemon lime trial- not the best flavor but not awful either. Easy enough to drink and highly recommend if you’re drinking alcohol. Absolutely helps deter a hangover. Plus even on a regular day I’m not good at drink water and get a lot of headaches, probably from dehydration. Not with this stuff! Will be ordering more for sure.

I purchased a sample pack and was disappointed that the box was all one flavor. I figured for sure there would be at least one of each. Worked great for keeping us hydrated and getting rid of nagging sun induced headaches. The flavor though isnt the best and felt like a really salty aftertaste.

The liquid iv goes through my veins i could see it and feel it. Living in florida the sun dehydrates you so this is perfect. Also I felt I could breathe better. And had a surge of energy that was constant did not feel a crash. Highly recommend liquid iv

Love Liquid IV. I am making a suggestion that we carry this product on our fire trucks so that they can be added to our bottled water when we are out on the long fire calls in the heat this summer. Great way to keep our guys and gals hydrated after fighting any fires. I am also planning to get more so that I have a stock of Liquid IV to drink after my surgery on July 2nd. I want to be able to stay hydrated and not end up back in the hospital.
