This has been a blessing while traveling for work! I try to drink more water while traveling but it’s always difficult. I can add one of these of my bottle of water and know I’m getting the hydration my body needs, without all the nasty additives. AND it tastes good! The Lemon Lime flavor I received tastes like lemon water, which is one of my favorite things! So excited to buy more!

I've been drinking Liquid IV for a long time and so far I've had a pretty good experience with it. The flavor is pleasant, though it leans a bit sweet for my taste. It's designed to hydrate faster than water alone, which is great for those hot days when you feel drained. I found it particularly useful after a workout, at work or even just when I felt sluggish during the day. The single serving packets are super convenient to carry around and use on the go, especially when I'm traveling or just out and about. One thing to note is that it does contain 11g of sugar per serving, which might be a drawback if you’re watching your sugar intake, but there another version without sugar. However, it also comes with a good dose of vitamins, including B and C, which is a nice bonus. The sodium content is relatively high (around 22% of the daily value), which makes sense given its focus on hydration.

This was one less favorite, the flavor was just not very good. It had a salty taste that I couldn’t even finish it. Other than that I wold choose to drink it if I was really needing to get hydrated because I know this product works very good in that way.

I’m a beverage kind of person. I drink a lot of soda (yes, insert your judgement here) and I love vitamin water. I like things with flavour which makes drinking water so hard. I’ve tried other things like crystals to add to your water but they leave a bad after taste or are super bad for you. So I tried this on a whim and I’m hooked! I’ve tried the Lemon Lime and the Passion Fruit and they’re soooooo tasty. The first 2 days I noticed I didn’t even reach for a soda or crave one - not sure if that’s part of it but I feel like I was so satisfied with it that I didn’t need the other stuff. Run, don’t walk, to get your hands on this stuff! It changed my life!

I was out of town, in the hot sun, eating drinking was completely out of whack, I battled with bad stomach aches, dizzy off on just felt like crap. I have had a liquid I.V. Everyday for the past couple days since I got back it truly has been a lifesaver has refreshed me!

If you are looking for a new go to drink in place of the normal sugary sports drinks, LIV will have you screaming BINGO. It is an awesome way to stay hydrated and we use it when the soda cravings hit, as the flavor is like a little treat in water. We recently completed a pretty large outdoor project in the 90 degree heat and found we were running low on energy and feeling the effects of the heat that LIV provided the boost that we needed to get the job done. Such a great product.

This product is AWESOME! I am a busy working soccer mom...always on the go! I worry about my kids not hydrating enough with being at school all day then heading to high intensity soccer practices and games after. Ever since I have given them this product, they feel GREAT and HYDRATED! It is a routine now for them to grab a LIQUID IV to go! By the way, this is a FAMILY loved product, not just the kids :)

This stuff is honestly the best! I bought a trial and put it in my water as a pre-workout drink. I drank it before my spin class and I swear it gives me more energy, keeps me super hydrated (I don't feel like I'm gonna pass out during class anymore!) and tastes good. I will definitely be buying more!

This flavor is so good ! It takes a moment to kick in and when it does it’s so tasty! My 5 year old loved the taste as well. I’m not soda drinker so for dinner I always stick with plain water and it can get boring so I love that this powder has flavor Just add to my water and boom I have flavor and hydration !!

This is the all time best hydration hack! It made me feel so good inside. I was walking to my class and felt so alive awake and aware. At 8 am I have never felt so lively. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to boost their productivity levels throughout the day! Great flavor great taste all around a great product. I Couldn't be happier with what I got from this supplement.
