Good and easy to cook but the outside breading becomes extremely hard while the scallops are mildly cooked.

Big & juicy scallops with a thick breading surrounding the scallops. The breading is not overwhelming.

I was hoping these would be at least good if not awesome. But, the scallops where overbreaded, spongy, and flavor was off putting. Cut one in half, and the scallop was brown. I suspect these were frozen at sea, processed, and refrozen.
