Too much breading and the breading is bland

Breading was too thick & too hard. I wanted to buy fresh/frozen ones, no breading, but the reviews were terrible. They all mention how water had been injected into them to make them look bigger/plumper & hiw when trying to pan sear them, all the water came out & one ended up with boiled scallops. & much smaller!

Not what I had hoped. The shell separates easily from the scallop when you cut it, and it's not very flavorful. I would not buy again.

Very mushy inside, coating does not cook all the way through even if you cook it longer than instructed

I cooked these in the oven as per the instructions. The insides were very wet making the breading soggy on the bottom. My family wouldn't eat them. I took the breading off and ate some of them myself and they were just ok.

The actual scallop is a weird gray/yellow color, with matching strange flavor. The breading weighs more than the crustacean and is very wet and gooey inside - and I airfried them! I actually returned them to Sam's for a refund. Just a horrible imitation of what a fried scallop truly is!

I was very disappointed in the flavor and texture of these “Sea Scallops”. They were hard to cook due to the various shapes and sizes, (I used an air fryer) some were raw/cold in the center. Not sure what I was expecting as far as the flavor goes but they were very bland, with no real flavor to speak of. Not at all what I expected.

Really salty weird after taste. It didn’t taste like scallops

Do. Not buy! Heavy breading and tiny sca scallops.
