I use this oil for all sorts of things. I make salad dressings with it, add it to bread with herbs mixed in and I also cook with it. It has a really high smoke point so it does not burn quickly when using it to cook.

This is a great tasting oil and it is priced the best; I looked everywhere. I use it for dipping toast, especially in hummus, and I cook with it constantly. The quality is outstanding, pure olive oil, not a mix. Would buy again.

I really like this brand of evoo. The robust flavor doesn’t make that much difference in the taste, but it works well. This is a big bottle, 68oz. Just bigger than I expected.
